The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Even the security guard in the parking lot made an effort to make us comfortable.

However, I did not appreciate being informed that I did not qualify for an in-room refrigerator and microwave; if it's available, it should be available to all registered at the hotel.

Clean. next to my favorite ihop. perfect distance from the beach. Makes you see the trip down collins avenue.
The lack of information by sales rep. The deposit is something the consumer should know. We would have loved to have the money through the trip.
Best western speaks for it's self. Stay in one and they will make there point. I Will stay again. I'm going to try the one on south beach next.
